As an Application Specialist, your responsibilities include:

• Managing, configuring, and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics365 CE stack and the CPQ solution within SMT;

• Participating in internal projects and being the go-to expert for your colleagues;

• Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to our applications;

• Translating functional needs into technical solutions and resolving technical issues;

• Supporting internal users with 2nd and 3rd line issues;

• Collaborating with international colleagues and suppliers to ensure a seamless user experience;

• Acting as the product owner of the D365 Customer Engagement and CPQ solutions, documenting processes, manuals, and procedures, and working closely with the Sales teams.

What we expect from you:

• A relevant IT education with at least 3 years of experience as a functional application manager;

• Living in the Netherlands or Belgium;

• Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Dynamics stack, focusing on the CRM D365 solution and an understanding of CPQ solutions;

• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels;

• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• An enterprising team player who prioritizes cooperation and results and takes the initiative in process optimization.
